Moving away from ready-made thinking
Here is our mission: helping companies clarify their purpose, leaders to develop clear thinking and teams to better work together, united around a common culture.
The starting point is: what is the real problem ? What is the question behind the question? We think our assumptions save us time, but this is generally an illusion. The next step is to develop arguments that enable each one of us to build our thinking on strong foundations. Last but not least: we need to better define the words that we use every day if we want to understand the world, others, and be understood by them too: what brings us together? In what ways are we different? How can differences in thinking be valuable?
